Wellness Roller

I use my wellness roller daily (twice daily during cold and flu season) on my spine and the bottoms of my feet.

What You’ll Need:

-A 10ml roller bottle

-Thieves, Lemon, Frankincense, & Oregano (optional) oil from Young Living

-Organic fractionated Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, or other carrier oil

How To Make:

Drop 10 drops Thieves, 8 drops Lemon & Frankincense, and 5 drops Oregano into your roller bottle and top with carrier oil.


Seasonal Roller

This roller was my life-saver this summer during allergy season. Roll by your lymph nodes under your jaw, bridge of your nose, and behind ears as needed.

What You’ll Need:

-A 10ml roller bottle

-Lemon, Lavender, & Peppermint oil from Young Living

-Organic fractionated Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, or other carrier oil

How To Make:

Drop 15 drops of each oil into your roller bottle and top with carrier oil.
