𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒔— 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚, 𝒆𝒙𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒍𝒚?
essential oils can be used aromatically, topically, or internally. when we use them topically on the skin, it’s easiest to apply them with roller bottles. I get mine on amazon, or etsy if I’m looking for fancy ones.
𝟏 — where do I apply oils? common spots are the bottoms of feet, chest, temple and pulse points
𝟐 — making a roller? ask me or check our wellness group for a proper dilution guide ⋒
𝟑 — Not all oils are ok to apply “neat” aka undiluted. If you check the label on your Young Living bottle it’ll give you tips on how to apply that specific oil & whether it should be diluted.
𝟒 — Always apply with a carrier oil first, especially if you have easily irritated skin. Jojoba, fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed, sweet almond or rosehip are my top picks.
𝟓 — Citrus oils can increase sun sensitivity so avoid sun ((or tanning beds)) for 12 hours after applying. ☼

A roller I use daily and can’t live without is my Wellness Roller. All you need is:
A 10ml roller bottle,
-15 drops Thieves
-8 drops Purification
-8 drops Frankincense
-5 drops Lemon
top off with fractionated coconut oil or carrier oil of choice. roll on spine/bottoms of feet daily. I keep my bottle on my night stand and use it before bed each night.
